Hive Service Update

Hive has recently updated its DNS and portal settings. Because of these changes, some apps may stop working until you update your settings or switch to a newer app version. Please follow the updated instructions below carefully.

Important Updates

• New Portal URL: https://hivecast.cloud:443

• New Base URL: https://hivecast.cloud

• EPG URL: https://hivecast.cloud/xmltv.php?username=XXXXX&password=xxxx

What You Need to Do

• If you’re using a 3rd party app, update your URL to:
  https://hivecast.cloud:443

• If you’re still on the old Hive TiviMate app, switch to a different app — that version has outdated DNS hard-coded and will no longer work.

• Sparkle app is currently not working.

• If you’re using the updated apps, try clearing app data and logging back in.
  Alternatively, delete the playlist and re-add it as new.

• If issues continue, uninstall the app and reinstall it.
